1. Introduction

• Each person may hold only one (1) registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and balances may be voided.
• You must be accessing s365 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable laws.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of s365 or any of its affiliated entities.

s365 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and to close any account that is found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Security and Your Responsibilities

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your s365 account. This includes maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. s365 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact s365 support immediately. s365 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. We strongly recommend using a unique, complex password and changing it regularly.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s365. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, automated systems, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or any other financial crime using s365's platform or payment infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in s365's systems to gain credits, winnings, or other benefits not legitimately earned.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or tournament results.
• Registering on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account. Each account must be used solely by the registered account holder.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on s365, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video material, is the exclusive intellectual property of s365 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. 8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall s365, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if s365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. s365's total cumulative liability to any user, for any reason, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Amendments to These Terms

s365 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the s365 website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Continued use of s365's services following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any revised terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or s365's services, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. s365 operates a dedicated support channel to handle player complaints promptly and fairly.
